- Digital Product Policy
Since our courses are digital products delivered online, they are generally non-returnable and non-transferable.
- Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be considered only if:
- Duplicate payment is made
- Payment is deducted but course access is not provided
- Technical issues from our side prevent access
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
- Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Lack of time to complete course
- Failure to understand course content
- Internet connectivity issues at user’s end
- Job not secured after course completion
- Refund Process
To request a refund:

Include:
- Full Name
- Registered Email
- Transaction ID
- Reason for request
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method through Razorpay.
- Cancellation
Once a course is purchased and access is granted, cancellation is not allowed except under refund-eligible circumstances mentioned above.
